Client Terms & Conditions
All bookings are provisional until a contract issued by Katherine Lupino is signed and returned by the client. At this time all the terms & conditions of this contract apply.
A 50% deposit of agreed fee is required with the return of the signed contract unless otherwise agreed within 14 days of the date shown on the contract. Please note that non signature of this contract is not sufficient to cancel this agreement and all cancellation fees will be in force after the 14 day cool off period. Please also note that if your contract is not signed and returned during the 14 day cool off period you risk losing the booking, and the date may be re-sold.
In the case of cancellation on the clients’ part, deposits are non refundable or transferable after the 14 day cool off period.
All evening entertainment in the case of live performance is booked to perform 2 x 45 minute sets between 7:00pm & 10:00pm. Please ensure that Katherine Lupino is aware of ALL time changes prior to the event and that the times you want comply with the venues licence.
Please also be aware that setting up will take between 45 minutes to one hour to set up and start time is completely dependent on access to the room. Should you require Katherine Lupino to arrive prior to 5.30 p.m. there may be an additional fee to cover this extra time, please contact Katherine Lupino as early as possible if you become aware that this may be necessary.
The balance for your entertainment must be paid in full 7 days prior to the performance date via BACS transfer.
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the venue is suitably secured and has a safe 13 Amp/240 volt power supply.
The client is liable to pay for any damage of the artist’s equipment caused by drunken, disorderly or any other inappropriate behaviour of guests attending the function or event.
The client is asked to provide reasonable hospitality during the period of the event including refreshments and suitable, lockable changing facilities.
Where a contract is held in more than one name, then all persons named in the agreement will be deemed to be jointly and severally responsible for payment or cancellation.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Any cancellation made by the Client before the date of performance will result in non return of deposit paid.
Any cancellation made within 3 months before the date of performance 50% of the contract fee is payable.
Any cancellation made within 28 days before the performance date, full payment will be due.
Please note that any cancellation must be made in writing and acknowledged in writing by Katherine Lupino to complete the cancellation.
In the unlikely event of illness or any other circumstances resulting in Katherine Lupino being unable to fulfill the engagement, all deposit monies received will be returned to the client.
The client must confirm the show booking with Katherine Lupino within 48 hours prior to the show date.
The client will not pursue Katherine Lupino for damages and loss of income due to cancellation of contract by either parties, exceptional circumstances or the unlikely event of a no show.
Marketing of the event needs to be agreed by both parties
Licensing rights agreed for all music by Katherine Lupino
Images and video footage will not be taken of Katherine Lupino by the client or venue without her prior consent
